30185 (2023). Hon Dr Megan Woods to the Minister for Resources: When will the next round of gas statistics be released, and what is the schedule for the next six releases?

Hon Shane Jones: The next six releases of oil and gas supply statistics by MBIE are scheduled for the second Thursday of each month (11 January 2024, 8 February, 14 March, 11 April, 9 May, 13 June). The next six releases of oil and gas consumption statistics by MBIE will be as part of Energy Quarterly and Energy in New Zealand. Energy Quarterly is scheduled for 14 March 2024, 13 June 2024, 12 September 2024, and 12 December 2024, and Energy in New Zealand is scheduled for mid 2024. Further dates for 2025 and beyond will set 6-12 months ahead of releases.
