30172 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Local Government: How many resource consent applications were lodged or processed between 19 December 2025 and the date the technical amendments for wastewater services came into force, and what advice, if any, has the Minister received on whether those applications were affected by the drafting errors identified in the March 2026 Cabinet paper?

Hon Simon Watts: My officials are not aware of any consents granted under the wastewater standards.
