30171 (2023). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: Will the Minister commit to publicly releasing any regulatory impact statement produced for any Bill which repeals section 7aa of the Oranga Tamariki Act, if not, why not?

Hon Karen Chhour: The publication of Regulatory Impact Statements is the responsibility of the administering agency. I commit to the following the Cabinet requirements as set out in Cabinet Office circular CO (20) 2 and would expect my agencies to do so as well.
