Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: Who is correct, the Minister who said in relation to whether she would receive a regulatory impact statement on any Bill which repeals section 7aa of the Oranga Tamariki Act “…I wouldn't expect to receive that advice”, or David Seymour who said “I listened very carefully and the Minister said, "I would expect to receive that advice", which I imagined was her reference to a regulatory impact statement”?
