Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as Prime Minister, I am the responsible minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). I advise that I have not discussed the Smith v Fonterra case with the Chief Executive of DPMC since 24 May 2026.
