Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as Prime Minister, I am the responsible minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). I have received advice from the Policy Advisory Group (PAG), a business group of DPMC on the Smith v Fonterra case since 2024. It is not in the public interest to provide any further details relating to advice I have received from PAG.
