30139 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Associate Minister of Housing: Further to reply 28873 (2026), what is the total cost of lease payments to date on social housing places that have been leased but not yet tenanted under the additional 300-place programme?

Hon Tama Potaka: I am advised that it is not readily possible to identify the costs in this way given how leasing costs are billed by providers contracted to the Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions & Transport.
