Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Associate Minister of Housing: Further to reply 28870 (2026) and reply 28936 (2026), as the $14.5 million is drawn from the transitional housing appropriation, is this new money or a reprioritisation of existing transitional housing funding, and what is reduced elsewhere as a result?

Hon Tama Potaka: The $14.5 million is being reprioritised from a forecast underspend in the transitional housing appropriation in FY2027.
