30126 (2023). Arena Williams to the Minister for Building and Construction: Does the Minister intend to allow home builders to opt out of needing a building consent provided they have long-term insurance for the building work, if so, when will this be implemented?

Hon Chris Penk: I intend to progress the priorities outlined in the Speech from the Throne and the coalition agreements that are relevant to my portfolio throughout the course of this term.
