Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Does the Minister intend to improve hospital emergency department security, as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Better Health Outcomes’ document, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aides-memoire, or any other documents has the Minister, or any member of their Office commissioned on this by title and date?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: Yes, and I have had numerous discussions and advice from officials to advance this worthwhile policy.
