30078 (2023). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Does the Minister intend to suspend retailers who are caught selling vaping products to minors repeatedly from selling any regulated product (including tobacco) for up to 12 months, as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Better Health Outcomes’ document, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aides-memoire, or any other documents has the Minister, or any member of their Office received during the week of 27 November 2023, on this by title and date?
