29986 (2023). Steve Abel to the Minister for Resources: What evidence, if any, has the Minister seen on the impact of repealing the ban on offshore oil and gas exploration on New Zealand's emissions, and on meeting our Nationally Determined Contributions?

Hon Shane Jones: Removing the ban on offshore oil and gas exploration is a priority for the Government. I will be receiving ongoing advice on removing the ban as this work develops.
