29955 (2025). Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister of Immigration: How, if at all, do the fees for the Parent Boost Visitor Visa compare with similar visas in comparable jurisdictions, if any?

Hon Erica Stanford: The most directly comparable jurisdiction is Australia. Our charges (immigration fee + levy) are $3,000 for most applications and $2,450 for applications eligible for the Pacific fee band. Australia’s charge is AUD$11,785 (NZD$12,712) for their five-year parent visa.
