29935 (2025). Hon Jenny Salesa to the Minister of Customs: How many New Zealand Customs staff (if any), have been investigated for corruption or internal misconduct related to border operations since January 2024?

Hon Casey Costello: I am advised that 10 New Zealand Customs Service (Customs) staff have been investigated for alleged internal misconduct related to border operations since January 2024. No Customs staff have been investigated for corruption related to border operations during the same period.
