29911 (2023). Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: What is the average weekly debt offset among the top 10% of client debts, for each quarter since January 2017, broken down by region?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised that the Ministry of Social Development (Ministry) is unable to provide the information sought by the Member within a written parliamentary question timeframe as it would take substantial effort and require the Ministry to divert personnel from their core duties. In accordance with Speaker’s Ruling 199-6, I consider that the time, and hence the expense, of answering these questions within this timeframe is not in the public interest. This is also my response to written parliamentary questions 29912 (2023), 29913 (2023), 29914 (2023), 29915 (2023), 29916 (2023), 29917 (2023), 29918 (2023), 29919 (2023), 29920 (2023), 29921 (2023) and 29923 (2023).
