Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Local Government: What advice, if any, has the Minister received on whether businesses or consumers suffered financial harm as a result of disruption to the sale of biosolids products caused by the biosolids drafting errors, and what steps, if any, did the Government take to address that harm before the June 2026 transitional deadline?

Hon Simon Watts: I am advised that officials have worked directly with parties who could have been impacted to manage the risk of a disruption in the sale of biosolids products.
