Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Local Government: What legal advice, if any, did the Minister seek on whether removing voting rights from committee members appointed pursuant to Treaty settlement legislation, or in fulfilment of Treaty obligations, is consistent with the Crown's Treaty obligations, and will the Minister release that advice in full?
