29896 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Local Government: Will the Minister release the full text of the redacted portion of paragraph 36 of the Cabinet paper dated 27 May 2026, and if not, under which provision of the Official Information Act 1982 does the Minister intend to withhold it?
