29826 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Attorney-General: How many graduate positions, if any, were there in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, as of 1 June 2025?

Hon Judith Collins: Crown Law (CLO) and the Parliamentary Counsel Office (PCO) are part of the Government Law Network (GLN) Graduate Programme. CLO employed 4 graduates as part of the GLN Graduate Programme as at 1 June 2025, with graduates rotating to different departments for 8 months across their two-year programme. PCO have GLN graduates seconded to the PCO but did not have any direct graduate positions established as at 1 June 2025.
