Teanau Tuiono to the Minister responsible for the GCSB and NZSIS: As a part of the National Risk Assessment for payload permit application BlackSky Global Gen-3 (A260482-PPT) is the Minister aware of what constitutes an indirect national security risk to New Zealand and if so what and if not why not?

Hon Chris Penk: Under the Outer Space and High-altitude Activities Act 2017, I receive national security risk advice on all payload applications from the GCSB and NZSIS.
