29798 (2026). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Education: When did her office first learn that an administrative error had occurred leading to an incorrect response to Question 53791 (2025) being lodged in December 2025 and how was the error found?

Hon Erica Stanford: On 19 June 2026, the Ministry of Education (the Ministry) alerted me to this error via a request for a formal correction to written parliamentary question 53791 (2025). I am advised that this information was identified when the Ministry was collating information for a response to a recent Official Information Act request.
