Hon Jo Luxton to the Minister for the Environment: Does the Minister intend to “streamline approvals under the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 for pesticides, fertilisers and other chemicals used in horticulture, including performance targets and independent oversight of the Environmental Protection Authority to reduce approval times” as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Primary Sector Growth Plan’ document, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aide memoires, or any other documents has the Minister, or any member of their Office received during the week of 27 November 2023, on this by title and date?
