Hon Jo Luxton to the Minister for the Environment: What actions, if any, does the Minister intend to take to “streamline approvals under the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 for pesticides, fertilisers and other chemicals used in horticulture, including performance targets and independent oversight of the Environmental Protection Authority to reduce approval times”, as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Primary Sector Growth Plan’ document?
