Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Education: Did her staff member’s discussions and exchanges with Learning First Chief Executive, Ben Jensen, months prior to that company signing a service contract with the Ministry of Education give that company an unfair advantage in negotiating work with the Ministry and if not, why not?
