29747 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Land Information: How many graduate positions, if any, were there in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, as of 1 December 2023?

Hon Chris Penk: I have been advised by Land Information New Zealand that as at the date specified, no individuals were employed in specific graduate roles. LINZ implemented the use of broad-based roles during the second half of 2023. Broad-based roles are designed around a common purpose, with shared accountabilities and capabilities for the people working in that broad-based role.
