29744 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: Were the emergency housing and Jobseeker Support reduction targets in the 2025/26 performance agreements for Regional Commissioners at the Ministry of Social Development identical across all regions, or were they adjusted for local housing and labour-market conditions?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised that each of the 13 Regional Commissioners has received individual Jobseeker Support reduction and Housing Services effectiveness performance measures based on their individual labour markets and housing conditions. This is also my response to WPQ 29752 (2026)
