Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: What advice has she received on whether linking the performance ratings of Ministry of Social Development staff to reductions in emergency housing placements creates a risk that eligible applicants are declined, or households exited, in order to meet targets?

Hon Louise Upston: In my capacity as Minister for Social Development and Employment, I regularly request and receive advice on a range of topics.
