Lan Pham to the Minister of Education: Following response 28229 (2026), what was it about the briefing the Minister received on drinking water in rural schools on 2 April 2026, titled "Rapid Response: Providing safe drinking water to schools", that was considered "rapid" or required it to be labelled "rapid"?

Hon Erica Stanford: A rapid response is a briefing type used to provide me with quick turn around information about the education portfolio. These briefings are requested by my Private Secretaries and are not Ministry initiated. Rapid responses are required within three working days of being requested by my office, which is why they are named “rapid.”
