29661 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Defence: How many graduate positions, if any, were there in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, as of 1 June 2025?

Hon Judith Collins: I am advised that in the last five years the Ministry of Defence has not had ‘graduate positions’, but does have a small number of entry level Policy Analyst or Data Analyst roles that might be filled by university graduates. For the New Zealand Defence Force, there was 1 civilian graduate position as at 1 June 2025.
