Hon Andrew Bayly: Between 27 November 2023 to 5 June 2024, my office and I had the following correspondence with the following District and Regional Councils in relation to my Ministerial portfolios: • Taupo District Council: 1 December 2023 - Letter of Congratulations AND subsequent correspondence notifying them that their correspondence fall in scope of an OIA. • New Plymouth District Council: 8 December 2023 - Invitation to meet AND subsequent correspondence relating to administration of that meeting request. • Wellington City Council: 22 May 2024 - Invitation to conference AND subsequent correspondence relating to administration of that meeting request. • Dunedin City Council: 4 December 2023 - Letter of Congratulations AND subsequent correspondence notifying them that their correspondence fall in scope of an OIA. • Waikato Regional Council: 28 November 2023 - Letter of Congratulations AND subsequent correspondence notifying them that their correspondence fall in scope of an OIA. • Auckland Council: 12 December 2023 – Letter of Congratulations AND 20 February 2024 – ‘Properties affected by storm in Puke’ Please note that my response is based on an electronic search of my emails using the search terms “District Council”, “City Council”, “Regional Council”, and “Auckland Council”.
