29620 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister for the Public Service and Digitising Government: Further to his reply to 27999 (2026), did the then Chief Executive of Kāinga Ora raise his concerns about accusations made about him by Hon Nicola Willis and Hon Chris Bishop with the Public Service Commission representative who met with him in May 2024 without lodging an official complaint or asking the Commission to take any action and if so, did the Commission representative report those concerns to the Public Service Commissioner or any senior official at the Commission?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that the Chief Executive of Kāinga Ora informed the Commission of a matter he would be taking up with the board, as his employer. The PSC official advised the Acting Public Service Commissioner of this.
