Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister for the Public Service and Digitising Government: Further to his reply to 27999 (2026), did the then Chief Executive of Kāinga Ora ask for any advice from the Commission representative that met with him in May 2024 about how to address any concerns he had about accusations made about him by Hon Nicola Willis and Hon Chris Bishop and if so, what advice, if any, did that representative provide?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised, no advice was sought from the Public Service Commission, by the then Chief Executive of Kāinga Ora.
