29619 (2023). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: Does the Minister intend to ““put Property Rights into the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act and require full commercial compensation where any right is affected or taken”, as found on page 38 of the 2023 New Zealand First Party manifesto, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aide memoires, or any other documents has the Minister, or any member of their Office commissioned on this by title and date?
Hon Paul Goldsmith: As the Minister of Justice, I am not responsible for the content of political party manifestos. It may interest the Member to read the Government's 100-Day Plan, the commitments outlined in coalition agreements, and the Speech from the Throne to further understand the Government's intentions and priorities.
