Hon Nicola Willis: Key decisions are yet to be made on the best solution for servicing Cook Strait. At this stage any future fiscal implications relating to Cook Strait are unknown, as noted in the Specific Fiscal Risks section of the Budget Economic and Fiscal Update (page 68).
