29609 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many, if any, of the 1,500 social houses funded through Budget 2024 does he expect will be allocated to community housing providers as redirects when allocations of these houses is completed?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development currently expects that none of the 1,500 places will be redirects.
