29605 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many state houses, if any, did Kāinga Ora budget to sell in 2024/25?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it has budgeted to sell around 300 properties in the 2024/25 financial year. It is important to note that for each Kāinga Ora home sold, a new warm, dry home will be delivered elsewhere.
