29601 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many state houses, if any, does Kāinga Ora plan to sell in 2025/26?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it has budgeted to sell around 900 properties in the 2025/26 financial year. It is important to note that for each Kāinga Ora home sold, a new warm, dry home will be delivered elsewhere.
