29593 (2025). Ingrid Leary to the Minister of Health: What has happened to the funding for the implementation of the Increasing Deceased Organ Donation and Transplantation: A National Strategy, if any?

Hon Simeon Brown: Following the release of this strategy under the previous National Government, I am advised that the New Zealand Blood and Organ Service took over the functions of Organ Donation NZ in late 2020. NZBOS continues to receive funding for activities associated with deceased organ donation.
