29587 (2026). Vanushi Walters to the Prime Minister: On what date, if any, did the Terrorist Designation Working Group recommend that the designation of The Shining Path as a terrorist entity under the Terrorism Suppression Act 2002 be allowed to lapse?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: I am advised that the Terrorist Designation Working Group provided a recommendation to the National Security Board to allow the designation to expire on 4 May 2026.
