Hon Casey Costello: The constabulary workforce has amongst the lowest attrition rates of any employee group in the country. Individuals join Police because they want to serve their communities and will continue doing that if they feel valued and supported in their role. If officers feel they need to leave they should be supported in that decision but this Government will continue to listen to the needs of officers with the objective of ensuring they want to stay.
