Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister of Immigration: Does the Minister intend to "undertake work to see how we can make the living together requirement more flexible to reflect modern relationships" as stated by the National Party spokesperson for Immigration in March 2022, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aides-memoire, or any other documents has the Minister or any member of their Office commissioned on this by title and date?

Hon Erica Stanford: I have received a briefing from MBIE on the immigration portfolio and I am looking forward to receiving further briefings from senior MBIE officials on the policies outlined in the National Party Manifesto and agreements between the National Party and its coalition partners.
