Hon Chris Bishop: Reduced scope/funding from IRG relates to: - The Stormwater Local Reserves project is now to be delivered by Horowhenua District Council (HDC) once a solution has been identified (IRG loan funding of $1.75 million); and - The North South Connection project has been delayed due to the Otaki to Northern Levin Road of National Significance project and has an unclear pathway for completion at this time, HDC to complete once pathway known (IRG grant funding of $0.2 million).
