29576 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister for Regional Development: Further to reply 24306 (2026), how much Infrastructure Reference Group funding was spent on the Conical Hill Flyline prior to its cancellation, and what, if anything, was delivered?

Hon Shane Jones: You can find a full list of all Kānoa – Regional Economic Development & Investment Unit managed projects on the Grow Regions website. This provides details of each project, including paid funding. The full list can be found here: www.growregions.govt.nz/established-funds/what-we-have-funded. The project delivered pre-construction activities, including the development of concept designs, and completion of initial on-site geotechnical investigations.
