Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Is the Minister confident that they will be able to "simplify the planning system and related statutes including the Public Works Act and the Reserves Act" as outlined in the National Party and New Zealand First coalition agreement in light of commitments to reduce back-office staff in the public sector?
