29573 (2024). Tamatha Paul to the Minister of Housing: How many Kāinga Ora developments, if any, are currently underway, planned, paused, or being reviewed as at 1 June 2024, by number of projects and the number of units?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it reports as at the end of the month. Information as at 31 May 2024 will not be verified for release and publication until later in June 2024. Kāinga Ora also advises me that there were 4,328 homes under construction across 778 projects as at 30 April 2024 for delivery by 30 June 2025. Of these, 2,017 homes across 254 projects were, as at 30 April 2024, expected to be delivered by 30 June 2024. I also refer the Member to the reply 29571 (2024).
