29572 (2024). Tamatha Paul to the Minister of Housing: How many Kāinga Ora developments, if any, were underway, planned, paused, or being reviewed as at 1 November 2023, by number of projects and the number of units?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that there were 4,222 homes under construction across 681 projects as at 31 October 2023 for delivery by 30 June 2025. I also refer the Member to the reply to WPQ 29571 (2024).
