Hon Scott Simpson: The data in the table attached provides the number of people the New Zealand Claims Resolution Service (NZCRS) has supported in each year since NZCRS was established to access the following services: • legal advice from Community Law Canterbury • mediation • determination • the Canterbury Earthquakes Insurance Tribunal. This is also my response to written questions 29563, 29564 and 29565 (2025).
