29526 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Justice: Has he spoken to Human Rights Commission chief commissioner Dr Stephen Rainbow since concerns were raised about his conduct, if so, on what date and by what method of communication?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: As I have made public, there is currently an investigation underway by a King’s Counsel into concerns raised with me about the Chief Commissioner. In accordance with the principles of fair process and natural justice for the parties involved, it would be inappropriate for me to comment any further at this point.
