[Redacted] anything you hold in relation to Smith v Fonterra” relating to the response to the Environmental Law Initiative’s OIA, a response to which was sent in May 2025?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: I advise that my former Chief Policy Advisor provided 30 documents that related to the Smith v Fonterra case, identified as potentially relevant to the request I received from the Environmental Law Initiative under the Official Information Act 1982 on 26 March 2025.
