29498 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Transport: What consultations are the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, planning to open on the week beginning 9 Monday June 2025 with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions, and what is the proposed net change in roles?

Hon Chris Bishop: While I am advised that the Ministry of Transport have no consultations planned to be opened in the week specified. NZTA have commenced a consultation with its Fuel Excise Duty team in the week beginning 9 June 2025. There is a proposed net reduction of 6 positions as a result of this consultation.
